CARING FOR THE SKIN FROM THE                                   INSIDE


Caring for your skin should be more about your general lifestyle. Every cell, tissue, organ and system in the body are in one way or the other connected to the skin, so if any cell, tissue, organ and system is not functioning properly it reflects on the skin.
   The skin can wear down due to age, stress, hormonal changes in the body, unhealthy lifestyle practices such as smoking, alcoholism,drug addiction and wrong food habit. GET REASONABLE AMOUNT OF SLEEP


The actual sleep duration for an average adult is 8 hours. While you snooze, the body produces growth hormones, boost blood flow to the skin. Good sleep helps to prevent skin problems such as eczema, pimples, itching, rashes. It also helps to improve collagen and hyaluronic acid (a mucopolysaccharide that forms a gel-like substance within the connective tissues) that gives the skin the glow.
